WRONG!
I'm yet to develop good metabolic booster other than exercise and enhancing diet. Anything else is merely farce. Plus the much less said about hunger suppression, the greater. Naturally you are able to suppress hunger and appetite, but what about the side-effects/results of this. Slower metabolism. When you are not eating, you're placing the body of yours in "hunger state", wherever your body begins conserving electrical power in any form.
