I completely ignored the necessity of a diaper wipe warmer as I made the baby's registry. I'm a first-time mom and I didn't believe that it's going to be a big deal if the diaper wipes were warm or not but I quickly realized that I was wrong. My newborn daughter screamed every when we were using a cold wipe during a changing her diaper. It disturbed her sleep and we'd have to spend many nights trying to soothe her to get her back to sleep.

By using the warmer I do not need to be concerned about my newborn crying during changing from the shock of washing her up with a cold washcloth. The fact that it heats from the top keeps the rest of the wipes from becoming dry.
